After logging into the Laku Pandai agent website BPR Lestari, then select Reset Menu PIN, 3 Fields will appear: • Username: enter the username agent You • Password: enter your password with 8 alpha numeric digits • Account Number: enter the number Your registered agent account as an agent account

After all the columns are filled, next verification will appear namely: • Enter your New PIN: 6 digits numeric • Confirm new PIN: enter 6 digits the same numeric • Enter the OTP code that has been sent by SMS to the number handphone that has been registered as agent's mobile number

After all the columns are filled, then click OK, and our PIN will be automatic reset
